How it Works - Reserve Auto Transport
We want our customers to feel comfortable with their shipment and we take the time to explain the process and answer any questions or concerns they may have to give our customers piece of mind.
Our experienced staff are available during regular business hours as well as evenings and weekends to accommodate our customer’s schedules.
All dates are approximate dates. This is standard in the auto transport industry. The driver of the transporter will follow up with Client to coordinate dates and times of delivery. Specific delivery times and dates cannot be guaranteed due to unforeseen circumstances such as road conditions, delays with other pick up or deliveries, detours, mechanical problems, weather conditions or at times a driver’s illness.
The DOT requires that all Carriers carry the maximum insurance permitted by law, and this insurance will be the payer protecting your vehicle in the event of any damage to your automobile during the course of transporting. There is no deductible applicable to the client. The insurance covers damage to your vehicle that occurs while in transit. It is important to note that personal items are not covered by any Carrier’s insurance.
